Training is comprehensive and provided by some of the most highly-skilled and highly-respected speech-language pathologists in the state! We recognize that your training and experiences now will affect your potential in this field, and your opportunities for the future, for yourself and your patients. We are committed to helping you succeed! -Our CFY Supervisors have years of experience. Their skills are diverse and include the newest techniques in this field. Your supervisor will be able to assist you with general questions about the company and your job. -Continuing education will be customized during your CFY by means of a skills inventory checklist. -Monthly clinical calls will focus on specific treatment techniques and assessment strategies. -Our extensive therapist base, furnishes you with access to the leading therapists. You will also enjoy the experience and assistance of our Director of Clinical Administration. Her job is centered around you, the therapist, and your needs. -Continuing education opportunities will be made available to you, including in-house training seminars. -Speechcenter is contracted to provide services in almost every facility type. With a view to developing a particular skill, you will have the opportunity to visit different work sites, and interact with our other therapists in diverse settings and unique patient situations. -We recognize that communication is vital. Coordination and communication between your CFY Supervisor and our Director of Clinical Administration, insure that your CFY activities are most beneficial to you. -Our Director of Clinical Administration will verify that your CFY Supervisor has completed all CCC accreditation activities. -After successfully completing your CFY* and obtaining your CCCs, you will be eligible for a salary adjustment to reflect your new status as a fully accredited SLP. *Meets all criteria as established by ASHA, and sustains a "meets expectations" quality assurance review outlined by Speechcenter Policies and Procedures.
